As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience in several modalities of therapy-including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, play therapy, and others. I help individuals and families become more aware of their own behavioral patterns as well as those of others in order to communicate more effectively, make more productive decisions, and form/maintain fulfilling relationships with partners, family members, friends, and co-workers.
I have extensive experience helping clients of all ages to manage and overcome depression/mood disorders, anxiety, and stress. Through the therapeutic process, my goal of increasing clients’ awareness of self and of others allows them to make meaningful and enduring change.
